Have you been itching to learn how to make the perfect martini? Or perhaps you’re more interested in the modern cocktails – those with a culinary twist? Not a drinker? Not to worry, we do upscale ‘mocktails’ as well. Top mixologists like Stephen Dennison, of such heavy hitters as Z’s Fusion, Varanese and Limestone or perhaps Jeromy Edwards, winner of the Esquire Magazine’s “Master of the Manhattan” contest, will come to you and either teach you how to prepare the perfect cocktail or entertain you with his stories and vivid imagination as he pleases your thirsty palate. Options include:
- The Classic Cocktails: Martinis, Manhattans and Sidecars, oh my! Other popular cocktails included as well. We can tailor our event to suit your tastes.
- Culinary Cocktails: featuring signature cocktails created for Anthony Bourdain and the 2009 Idea Festival.
- Before & After Cocktails featuring Miracle Fruit: originally created for the Before and After Speakeasy of June 2009
- Signature Cocktails: Would you like to create a special cocktail just for your occasion? Let us do the work for you. We’ll create 4-5 cocktails for you to review and select which one you like best. Contact us for special pricing if done for only one – two people.
- Mocktails: Just because you’re not enjoying alcohol, doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a fancy cocktail of your own. We can create wonderfully tasting and beautifully looking ‘mocktails’ that will delight and dance in your mouth!
Pricing includes 4-5 cocktails and start at $25 per person, but may be adjusted to include heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Minimum party: 8 people
Maximum party: 50 people
Book three or more parties and save $5 per class ($15 per person).
